Dear, Gm

my cat account still can't play i try to remove antivirus or anythelsd yet,
but i'm still can't play mycat account Q__Q but .. my other account atill
can play .. it's my PC's problem ??

have only my cat account can't log on i try to change my Pc or internet server
yet but it still can't TT^TT if i re-load thisgame ..

do you think this problem can be fix ?? .. but still really wondering have only
that account can't log in till choosing character page ..

some friend said .. maybe my cat account is glitch ?? what's that ??

please help me again thank you alot T^T

If your computer currently meets our minimum system requirements

Occasionally, anomalies may occur the longer a system has been up and running. If the problem is fixed after a restart, this may explain the situation you are experiencing.

After restarting if the problem persists, please check your DirectX version and the date on key system drivers such as your network card and graphics card to ensure that everything is up to date. Finally if the problem still exists you may try reinstalling the program and letting the game patch without any other programs running in the backround.

Finally, we recommend examining any hardware or software that interacts with your internet connection between your computer and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Routers, firewalls, anti-virus software and the like can occasionally interfere with your connection to Trickster. If this problem has always occurred for you, consider that this might be the case, and try temporarily bypassing any such interferences to test the connection, or log in from a different computer or connection.
